《科创板日报》5日讯，据集邦数据，今日国际DRAM颗粒现货价格仍是DDR4和DDR5部分颗粒下跌，上涨颗粒集中在DDR3。其中，DDR4 16Gb (2Gx8) 2666下跌0.36%，均价69.5美元，DDR3 2Gb 256Mx8 1600/1866上涨0.74%，均价3.425美元。
