据九派新闻，近日，成都凯德广场（魅力城店）内，一商户组织人形机器人表演时，意外碰倒一位老人。 2月4日，涉事商户相关工作人员回应称，当时老人在围观机器人表演，被向他走来的机器人惊吓到，想跨步避开结果意外与该机器人相碰。
