财联社2月5日电，西门子2月4日宣布收购法国半导体量测软件公司Canopus AI。该交易已于2026年1月12日完成。Canopus AI成立于2021年，总部位于法国格勒诺布尔。该公司致力于运用人工智能技术，提高晶圆与掩膜量测检测流程的精度与效率。此次收购是西门子在2026年半导体软件领域的第二起重要并购。在今年1月，西门子宣布了对PCB测试工程软件厂商ASTER Technologies的收购。
