在线交易平台 IG Group Holdings 宣布已完成对加密交易所 Independent Reserve 的收购，相关交易已获新加坡金融管理局（MAS） 批准。该收购最早于 2025 年 9 月披露，如今正式交割完成，标志着 IG Group 在加密资产领域的实质性扩张。IG 表示，将依托 Independent Reserve 的合规加密交易技术，于 2026 年下半年在新加坡、澳大利亚及阿联酋推出新的加密交易产品。（Crowdfund Insider）
