视觉中国(000681.SZ)公告，公司全资子公司视觉中国集团控股有限公司(Visual China Group Holding Limited，简称 “视觉香港”)拟签署由 Wonderland International Asset Management Limited管理的 Wonder Fund 3 OFC(简称“OFC”)及其子基金 Wonder Sub-Fund A(简称“标的基金”)的认购协议，视觉香港拟出资170万美元认购标的基金56.67%的基金份额。
该基金重点投向大模型相关企业，有助于公司紧密跟踪技术演进方向，深化在文生视频等多模态大模型领域的认知与协同。
