2月4日，太空光伏概念股持续上涨，软件、半导体板块表现相对落后，科创板系列指数不同程度回调。截至收盘，科创100指数下跌0.9%，科创综指下跌1.0%，科创200指数下跌1.1%，科创50指数下跌1.2%，科创成长指数下跌1.8%。资金近期持续加仓相关ETF，Wind数据显示，截至昨日，科创50ETF易方达（588080）近一周合计净流入超8亿元。
