2月4日，银邦股份（300337）发布公告，公司于2026年2月3日收到HOLTEC ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED公司《销售订单》，订单金额预计约为2.8亿元人民币，主要供应铝钢复合材料和铝铝复合材料产品。订单自签订之日起生效，履行期限为两年，至2027年12月31日止。
2025年前三季度，银邦股份实现收入45.27亿元，归母净利润6394万元。
