2月3日，德科立（688205）发布公告，宣布关于以简易程序向特定对象发行股票募投项目延期的事项。
公司决定将“德科立海外研发生产基地建设项目”达到预计可使用状态的日期由原定的2025年12月调整至2026年3月。
该延期是基于项目实际建设进度的审慎评估，因内部装修、设备安装及系统联调等环节的工艺要求高，导致整体建设进度延长。
2025年前三季度，德科立实现收入6.52亿元，归母净利润4011万元。
