2月3日，普天科技（002544）发布公告，近日公司通过查询银行账户时获悉，部分资金被冻结。
被冻结的资金金额为2154万元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的0.56%和货币资金总额的1.04%。冻结的原因是合同纠纷，截至公告披露日，公司尚未收到相关法律文书。
2025年前三季度，普天科技实现收入31.52亿元，归母净利润1756万元。
