德州市气象台2月3日16时19分发布大风降温及空气污染气象条件预报：4日近地面风力小，有明显辐合带，逆温层增强，混合层高度低，大气扩散条件差，最高气温13℃左右。5日至6日，较强冷空气将影响德州市，带来明显大风和降温天气，大气扩散条件好，其中5日白天，东北风4～5级，阵风7级，夜间风力减小；6日最高气温-1℃左右，夜间有零星小雪；7日和8日早晨最低气温-10～-8℃，9日气温开始回升。
