2月2日，重庆西站，大学生志愿者在回答乘客的相关咨询。2026年春运于2月2日正式启动，90名大学生青年志愿者每日分别在重庆各车站开展文明劝导、困难帮扶、应急保障、外语个性化问询等志愿服务，为旅客出行保驾护航。
