据中国贸易救济信息网，2月2日，美国Polaris Inc.、美国Polaris Industries Inc.、美国Polaris Sales Inc.根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定越野车辆及其零部件（Certain Off-Road Vehicles and Components Thereof）违反了美国337条款。
中国浙江Zhejiang CFMOTO Power Co., Ltd. of China浙江春风动力股份有限公司、美国CFMOTO Powersports, Inc. of Plymouth, Minnesota为列名被告。
