据报道，甲骨文当地时间2月2日发行250亿美元投资级债券，以为支撑人工智能项目的基础设施建设提供资金。这势将成为自去年底Meta Platforms融资300亿美元以来，美国规模最大的高评级债券发行。知情人士透露，起初甲骨文借款规模预计在200亿至250亿美元之间，并预计再通过股权发售筹集大约相同金额。
