近日，有网友发帖称，自己在北京索菲特大酒店寄存行李时，发现系统中自己的姓名“朱”被标注为“猪”，引发热议。2月2日，涉事酒店工作人员回应称，前台当时较为忙碌，工作人员在拼音输入“zhu”后，误将“朱先生”标注成“猪”，同时输错了手机号码。酒店发现问题后已第一时间向客人道歉，并表示将加强员工培训，避免类似失误。
