2月2日，东珠生态（603359）发布公告，公司作为原告起诉淮安市白马湖投资发展有限公司、淮安市白马湖规划建设管理办公室，涉诉金额3.2亿元。
近日，公司收到江苏省金湖县人民法院裁定，经金湖县人民法院裁定，案件按原告撤诉处理。
2025年前三季度，东珠生态实现收入2.58亿元，归母净利润-3024万元。
