乐居财经 赵盼盼 1月31日，克而瑞发布《2026年1月中国房地产企业销售TOP100排行榜》，TOP100房企实现单月销售操盘金额1654.5亿元。
其中，保利发展、中海地产、华润置地位居榜单前三，其销售操盘金额分别为144.0亿元、137.9亿元、104.8亿元。
从百强房企规模门槛来看，1月各梯队房企的销售操盘金额门槛都有所降低。其中，TOP10门槛降至35.6亿元，TOP20、TOP30和TOP50的门槛分别降至22.2亿元、13亿元、6.2亿元，TOP100门槛仅为2.7亿元。
