1月30日，中国国际航空股份有限公司发布2025年年度业绩预亏公告，预计归属于上市公司股东净亏损13-19亿元，扣除非经常性损益后归母净亏损19-27亿元，本次预告未经注册会计师审计。公司表示，本期业绩预亏主因系转回部分递延所得税资产。
