1月30日，据默克消息，默克任命贺天铭（Benjamin Hein）（38岁）为默克执行董事会成员兼电子科技业务首席执行官，该任命将于2026年5月1日起生效。他将接替已定于5月1日就任默克集团执行董事会主席兼首席执行官的毕康明（Kai Beckmann）。贺天铭在默克历经多国任职后重返电子科技业务，并将常驻德国达姆施塔特。
