据1月29日长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区新闻发布会披露，通苏嘉甬铁路将于2028年6月前建成通车。这条高铁建成后，将与盐通高铁、沪宁沿江高铁、沪昆高铁、甬台温铁路等多条线路相连，从宁波坐高铁到上海，不必绕行杭州，全程最快1小时左右。
