总台记者当地时间29日获悉，泽连斯基当天表示，就能源基础设施达成的停火将从29日夜间开始生效。
美国总统特朗普在内阁会议上称，因天气寒冷，他“请求俄罗斯总统普京在一周内不要向乌克兰首都基辅和其他多座城镇开火”。特朗普声称，普京已经“同意了”。
