北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 王悦彤） 1月29日，红棉股份发布公告称，预计2025年度归母净利润为7850万元至9950万元，同比下降84.89%至80.85%。
公告表示，业绩变动主要受上年同期偶发性事项影响，2024年度因核销其他应收款导致递延所得税费用减少约4.29亿元，造成归母净利润大幅增加。2025年未出现此类偶发性事项，因此归母净利润大幅下降。
