1月29日，苏利股份（603585）发布公告，公司预计2025年年度实现归母净利润为1.9亿元至2.2亿元，与上年同期相比，将实现扭亏为盈。预计2025年年度归母净利润扣除非经常性损益为1.85亿元至2.15亿元。
业绩扭亏的主要原因在于全球农化市场需求回升，公司积极拓展市场及新增产能逐步释放，主要产品的产销规模增长，部分产品销售价格回升，营收水平及毛利率均同比上涨。
2025年前三季度，苏利股份实现收入20.64亿元，归母净利润1.39亿元。
