中国科研人员于北京时间29日在英国《自然》杂志发表论文，宣布成功研发出一种全柔性人工智能芯片，为可穿戴健康监测设备、柔性机器人等智能应用提供关键硬件支撑。清华大学、北京大学等机构科研人员成功基于国产工艺研制出FLEXI系列全柔性数字型存算一体芯片，突破了柔性电子应用于边缘高性能人工智能计算的天然瓶颈。
