老婆心心念念的二房终于入手了，
二房顾名思义是第二套房，
昨天晚上折腾到11点多才办完手续，
早上老婆问我有啥感受，
我说心如止水。
说实话，心里确实没有太多的波澜，
可以说毫无没有波澜，
甚至还没有对买双跑步鞋的欣喜多，
更比不上买首套房时的憧憬，
或许这就是边际效益递减定律。
