记者1月28日从福建省民政厅获悉，福建省民政厅、财政厅联合印发《关于实施向中度以上失能老年人发放养老服务消费补贴项目工作方案》，明确自2026年1月起，在全省范围内面向中度以上失能老年人发放养老服务消费补贴，以电子消费券形式按月发放，用于抵扣相关养老服务消费。
