欧洲化工工业理事会（Cefic）1月28日发布报告显示，2022年以来，欧洲化工厂关闭率激增六倍，累计产能损失3700万吨，约占欧洲总产能的9%，导致化工行业直接失业2万人。
与此同时，新增投资增速大幅放缓。确认投资产能从2022年的270万吨骤降至2025年的30万吨，2022年至2025年期间的这一数字约为700万吨。
