齐鲁网·闪电新闻1月28日讯 春运抢票难，爸妈不会用手机订火车票？别愁！铁路部门出新规，年满60周岁及以上的老年旅客，拨个电话就能订车票啦。年满60周岁及以上持第二代身份证的老人，可在每日8点到18点拨打12306，预订2月2日及以后、且距开车前3天以上的火车票。
