1月28日，蓝海华腾（300484）发布公告，公司预计2025年归母净利润4700万元至5500万元，同比增长69.85%至98.76%；预计扣非归母净利润4689万元至5489万元，同比增长128.42%至167.39%。
公告指出，报告期内公司受益于下游新能源重卡需求出现较好增长，公司新能源汽车板块取得较好增长。公司预计本报告期非经常性损益对公司净利润的影响约为11.25万元。
2025年前三季度，蓝海华腾实现收入3.56亿元，归母净利润4729万元。
