1月28日，金禾实业（002597）发布公告，公司的全资子公司金禾研究院于近日获得了《高新技术企业证书》，将连续三年享受国家关于高新技术企业的相关税收优惠政策，企业所得税按15%的税率征收。
2025年前三季度，金禾实业实现收入35.43亿元，归母净利润3.91亿元。
