1月28日，京能电力（600578）发布公告，副总经理、总会计师、董事会秘书李刚因工作调动申请辞职，辞任时间为2026年1月27日，原定任期到期日为2027年8月1日。李刚辞任后不再担任公司任何职务，并且其辞职不会对公司的正常运作及经营管理产生影响。
公司于2026年1月28日召开董事会，决定聘任秦磊为副总经理、总会计师，并指定其代行董事会秘书职责。
2025年前三季度，京能电力实现收入261.60亿元，归母净利润31.70亿元。
