【士兰微：2025年净利同比预增50%-80%】财联社1月28日电，士兰微(600460.SH)公告称，士兰微预计2025年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润为3.30亿元至3.96亿元，同比增加50%到80%。报告期内，公司深入实施“一体化”战略，持续加大研发投入、拓展高门槛市场，营收较快增长；主要芯片产线满负荷生产，盈利水平提升；封装产线稳定运行；虽士兰明镓SiC产线爬坡期致阶段性亏损，但LED产线亏损收窄。
