格隆汇1月28日｜据英国金融时报，欧洲央行管委兼奥地利央行行长科赫尔周三表示，如果欧元进一步升值开始对欧洲央行的通胀前景构成压力，欧洲央行可能需要考虑再次降息。他说：“如果欧元进一步升值，在某个阶段，这当然会产生在货币政策方面做出反应的某种必要性。”
