格隆汇1月28日｜当地时间1月27日，巴西总统卢拉在巴拿马首都巴拿马城表示，反对外部干涉委内瑞拉事务，委内瑞拉问题应由委内瑞拉人民自行解决。他强调，解决方案应当来自委内瑞拉自身，而不是巴西，也不是美国。卢拉同时表示，希望美国总统特朗普尊重委内瑞拉的主权与民主选择，让委内瑞拉人民自主维护自身命运。
