1月27日，据澎湃新闻报道，武汉的陈女士称3岁儿子在单元楼前玩，一名72岁的送水老人把三轮货车停在旁边，车无预兆启动撞向儿子致他死亡。多方回应，事故不是老人责任，对老人的交通违法行为已处罚。（澎湃新闻）
