1月27日，青岛栩升置业有限公司披露，和达·云顶二期项目房屋交付。黄岛区金凤凰路366号和达·云顶二期项目商品房2#、3#、4#、7#、8#、9#、10#、14#、15#、16#、17#、22#、23#、24#号楼，已达到合同约定交付条件，将于2026年1月28日与1月29日进行交付。业主根据《房屋交付通知书》约定的具体时间，到和达·云顶售楼处办理房屋交付手续。
