1月27日，中集安瑞科（03899）发布公告，公司已向不少于6名承配人配售合共7970万股新股份，配售价为每股9.79港元。根据公告，配售股份约占公司经配发及发行配售股而扩大的已发行股本的3.77%。
配售所得款项净额约7.74亿港元，约50%用于清洁能源业务的资本性支出，约50%用于一般业务运作。
