1月27日，沃森生物（300142）发布公告，公司董事会同意聘任姚伟为公司总裁，聘任段清堂、吴云燕、李薇、严野和孙明波为副总裁，聘任吴昌雄为财务总监，聘任严野为董事会秘书，聘任杨永祥为证券事务代表。
本次换届聘任后，刘宇然将不再担任公司副总裁职务，但其将继续在公司任职，担任公司其他职务。
2025年前三季度，沃森生物实现收入17.19亿元，归母净利润1.63亿元。
