格隆汇1月27日丨六九一二(301592.SZ)公布，预计2025年归属于上市公司股东的净利润3,900万元～5,800万元，比上年同期下降40.48%～59.97%，扣除非经常性损益后的净利润3,700万元～5,500万元，比上年同期下降44.31%～62.54%。
报告期内，公司项目的实施与交付不及预期，导致公司营业收入、利润有所下降。
