1月26日，ST英飞拓（002528）发布公告，公司预计截至2025年末归母净资产-6500万元，符合出现“最近一个会计年度经审计的期末净资产为负值”的情形，公司股票交易将在2025年年度报告披露后被实施退市风险警示，即股票简称变为*ST英飞拓。
2025年前三季度，ST英飞拓实现收入3.49亿元，归母净利润-7414万元。
