财联社1月26日电，受建筑成本激增、供应受限以及更多高端豪华公寓入市推动，东京2025年公寓价格创下历史新高。房地产经济研究所公布的数据显示，东京及周边地区新售公寓均价上涨17%，至9180万日元（约59.6万美元）。而市中心新公寓均价全年上涨约22%，达到1.36亿日元。
