品玩1月26日讯，据 TechCrunch 报道，Google DeepMind已通过一项授权协议，吸纳语音AI公司Hume AI创始人兼CEO Alan Cowen及约七名核心工程师加入，专注于提升Gemini的语音交互功能。Hume AI以其“共情语音接口”技术著称，能通过语调识别用户情绪。
交易完成后，Hume AI剩余团队将继续向其他AI企业提供技术授权。新任CEO Andrew Ettinger表示，Google获得部分技术的非独家使用权，而Hume AI仍计划年内发布新模型，并预计实现1亿美元营收。
此次“人才收购”延续了科技巨头规避监管、直接吸纳初创团队的趋势，亦凸显语音交互正成为AI竞争新前沿。
