1月23日，国网金华金东供电分公司在位于孝顺镇的麦磨滩文化产业园开展新进青年员工师徒结对仪式。本次活动，共有22名青年职工签订师徒协议。
国网金华金东供电分公司将持续深化青年人才培养模式，通过劳模引领、实战练兵进一步激发青年潜能，让匠心薪火在实干中传承，为锻造德才兼备、担当有为的金电后备力量提供坚实的制度支撑与人文保障。
