巴西总统府23日发布公告说，巴西总统卢拉宣布将对中国公民部分短期签证类别实行免签，以回应中国对巴西公民实施的免签政策。
公告说，此举是在巴中两国深化合作背景下作出的重要决定，旨在进一步便利人员往来、促进双边交流。政策实施日期有待公布。
