财联社1月24日电，数据显示，截至1月23日，已有约20家PCB概念股披露2025年度业绩预告，其中约八成实现净利润增长，覆盖PCB产品、材料、设备等产业链上下游各环节。金安国纪、胜宏科技等公司的净利润增幅预计超过250%。良好业绩的背后，是AI数据中心部署规模与落地速度的提升，推动高端PCB产品需求维持高速增长，进而带动上游设备、材料环节的同步繁荣。 (上证报)
