北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）1月23日晚间，振德医疗（603301）发布公告称，公司拟将回购的第二期员工持股计划未解锁股份以及公司回购专用证券账户中尚未用于实施员工持股计划的股份用途由"用于实施员工持股计划"变更为"注销并减少公司注册资本"。
振德医疗表示，注销完成后，公司总股本将由2.66亿股减少为2.64亿股。
