1月23日，宝泰隆（601011）发布公告，预计2025年年度约亏损3.25亿元至1.63亿元，扣除非经常性损益后预计约亏损4.5亿元至2.8亿元。
此次业绩预亏的主要原因包括焦化行业市场波动、焦炉设备检修导致公司未能生产焦炭及相关副产品，以及控股孙公司涉及的法律事项对当期损益的影响。
2025年前三季度，宝泰隆实现收入4.79亿元，归母净利润5036万元。
