1月23日，泉阳泉（600189）发布公告，赵志华因个人原因，辞去董事、战略委员会委员职务。辞职后，赵志华将担任公司子公司总经理。
公司将在赵志华离任后的60日内完成董事及专业委员会委员的补选工作，并及时履行信息披露义务。
2025年前三季度，泉阳泉实现收入10.22亿元，归母净利润2467万元。
