铃木1月23日表示，将把位于泰国的整车工厂出售给福特汽车，出售金额未予公布。铃木此前已宣布将于2024年撤出当地生产，并一直在寻找工厂的出售对象。
铃木泰国工厂位于罗勇府，投资约200亿日元，于2012年投产。该厂产量在高峰期接近每年6万辆，到2024年已缩减至约4400辆。
