罚单显示，一汽汽车金融有限公司的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：违反信用信息采集、提供、查询及相关管理规定。
针对上述违法违规行为，中国人民银行吉林省分行对其罚款20万元；对一汽汽车金融有限公司的批发业务高级专家徐某，罚款4万元。
