1月23日，富祥药业（300497）发布公告，董事会近日收到公司副总经理陈应惠辞职报告，因个人原因申请辞职，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
根据相关法律法规，陈应惠的辞职自送达董事会之日起生效，且其负责的工作已完成交接，离职不会对公司的日常经营活动产生不利影响。
2025年前三季度，富祥药业实现收入7.69亿元，归母净利润-6275万元。
